About the client
TreA Group is based in Vlorë and works across construction, reconstruction, architecture and interiors. The group also manages properties and runs TreA Suites, offering accommodation and apartments for rent.
The goal
TreA serves two audiences on one site: people planning a building project and guests looking for a place to stay. Both needed a direct route to what they came for.
Our approach
TreA needed one website that works for two very different visitors. We designed a warm, premium look built on architectural photography, then split the navigation clearly: construction and design services on one side, TreA Suites and properties for rent on the other. Each service has its own page, and a four-stage process shows clients exactly how a project moves from consultation to handover.
What we built
Service pages
Separate pages for construction, reconstruction, project and design, interiors and architecture.
Suites and rentals
Dedicated areas for TreA Suites and properties for rent, so guests do not have to dig through construction content.
Trust and process
Sections on licensing, insurance and on-time delivery, plus a clear consultation, design, construction and handover process.
