About the client
Exclusive Cars and Shipping gives private buyers and dealers in Albania access to major auto auctions in the United States and Canada, including IAAI, Copart, Adesa and Manheim. The company manages each step from the winning bid to delivery at the Port of Durrës.
The goal
Importing a car from overseas involves many steps and real money, so the website had to explain the process simply and make a first-time buyer feel safe asking for a quote.
Our approach
We structured the site around the buyer's journey instead of a list of services. Visitors first see the route from US and Canadian ports to Durrës, then a six-step process that explains what happens at each stage, from choosing a car to customs and delivery. A bold red and dark design gives the brand an automotive feel, while clear service pages and a detailed FAQ answer the questions people usually ask before they trust someone with an overseas purchase.
